I was reading the extra features that Tasha gave to monks.
Ki fueled attacks say that you can spend one or more ki points and as a bonus action do one unarmed strike or one monk weapon attack.
Why would you spend more than one point? If you spend more than one point does that mean you get to do that many extra attacks?
So then a 20th level Monk can do 22 attacks and a single turn. Is that what it's saying?
Edit: okay I completely misread that. This feature allows you to make your normal bonus attack that you get from taking the attack action. If you had spent ki points on a ability that was not an attack.
The way I read it, you don't spend the Ki to make the bonus attack, if you have spent any Ki on any other abilities that turn and still have not used your bonus action you can then use your bonus to make an attack either unarmed or with a monk weapon.
What SkyWarp said. Normally you need to take the Attack action to get the bonus unarmed strike from Martial Arts. Ki-Fueled Attack lets you get a bonus action attack even if you spend your action on something else. It really helps some of the more costly class features like the Way of the Four Elements' elemental disciplines deliver more value for the ki points spent.
"If you spend 1 ki point or more as part of your action on your turn, you can make one attack with an unarmed strike or a monk weapon as a bonus action before the end of the turn."
Let's say you're a lvl 5 Monk. You take the Attack Action to attack twice with your quarterstaff and spend a ki point to make one of them a stunning strike. As a bonus action you can now make a 3rd quarterstaff attack since you used a ki point as part of your action.
Now let's say you're a Kensei Monk. You make a two handed longsword attack and then an unarmed strike as your attack action and spend a ki point to do a stunning strike and/or deft strike. You can now make a 2nd longsword attack as a bonus action and gain +2AC for the round thanks to agile parry. Not a bad combo.
Or, lets say you are a lvl 5 monk, and at lvl 4 you take the Skills Expert feature. Then for one of the 4 prof's, you choose Whip. THEN from 10 feet away, you attack twice with your whip, making one of them a stunning strike, you can NOW make a 3rd attack with the whip as a bonus action.
Without Ki-fueled attacks, you wouldnt beable to make a bonus action attack from 10 feet away. This works with ANY ranged weapon as a monk.
My lvl 6 way of mercy Grung has prof in blowguns, hand crossbows, rapiers, and Whips from the Skills expert feat.
I have a lvl 9 Way of the Long Death Monk. Can I use a Ki point for Step of the Wind, Dash across a body of water for 50 feet, use Hour of Reaping, and since I have Ki-fueled attacks, make the bonus attack? So I can use 2 BA's and 1 Action?

You only have one bonus action. And there is no way to change that.
Ki Fueled STrike does not in any way change action economy. All it does is that with a trigger of using a ki point as part of anythign to do with the action that you did. You now gain an additional way to use your Bonus action (not additional bonus action) which is making a weapon strike instead of simply an unarmed strike, with all the nice bonuses it would get from being a "monk" weapon when they apply.
Could say a town guard monk use a Ki Fueled Attack bonus action to smack a PC plus 1ki to stun and then use an action to put them in shackles?
*given that putting shackles on any character is an action*
The only way I know of that make that work would be to give that guard levels in Berserker Barbarian. If they frenzy rage, they can make a single weapon attack as a bonus action.
Well must have been translated poorly than. In my german Rulebook it really reads:
During my Turn as a Part of my Action I can spent one or more Kipoints to do another unarmed Attack or Weapon attack as a bonus Action before my Turn ends.
This is very different from what you are saying. Literally Pay Ki --> Attack. Not Attack when you already payed Ki. But that doesnt mean i dont believe you guys, In Germany Air Genasis and Satyrs are faster than Zentaurs too. Translation errors are not out of the Question.

Imagine a blowgun dealing 1d6 + dex in damage :)

No. The monk doesn't have a general ability to attack as a bonus action. They can do it if:
The monk in your scenario hasn't even taken their action, so neither applies.
