This is my take on the "Dragon Hunter" idea for a Ranger Subclass and also my attempt to fix the biggest issue with the 2024 Ranger (imo), while also adding some unique flavor and features that make you especially powerful when fighting Dragons (as a Dragon Hunter should be).
I think it is quite good but the dragon theme is lost a bit in an attempt to make it useful for all campaigns(you did that well). Correct me if ime wrong but doesn’t 24 ranger get concentration free hunters mark. Overall I would say it’s solid but not too dragon slaying theme

And you run, and you run
To catch up with the sun, but it’s sinking
And racingaround
To come up behind you again
The sun is the same in a relative way
But you’re older
Shorter of Breath
And one day closer to death

Unfortunately, despite having way too many features that want you to cast Hunter's Mark, the 2024 Ranger does not actually get Concentration free Hunter's Mark. They get a feature at Level 13 that makes it to where you cannot loose Concentration due to damage, but you're still Concentrating on it. So if you want to cast something like Spike Growth all of those class features are useless. This is one of the problems I set out to fix with the Subclass.
As for the theming, I disagree. The Spell list (with the exception of Dragon's Breath) is tailor made to hunt dragons, Draconic Knowledge helps you hunt dragons better, Hunter's Focus gives you more damage against dragons, Grand Hunt Tactics helps you survive easier while fighting dragons, and the capstone Draconic Trap is mostly only going to be reliable against dragons.
Also, the purpose of Hunter's Enchantment is to let the ranger use a variety of weapons using the same Ability Score so that they can be more versatile. For example, you could be just as effective with a Greataxe as you are with a Longbow, meaning that if the dragon tries to fly into the air you can just swap weapons and still damage them.
I hope this explains the intent of the features a bit more. Thank yo for the feedback.

Don't let this Ranger near a Drakewarden!
