Half-elf maybe a better race choice IMO, since you (looks like) want to dump STR anyway, you can place 1 dex and 1 con as addition to make it easier to reach 20 later,
you equip so many weapons, you cannot cast any spell that req S component.
I cannot see the background, but it's important to have one clear enough.
I'm also new so, sorry if I write something wrong, just want to share.
If your GM is allowing Tasha's, definitely change your racial mods to +2 Cha (CHA 18 net) +1 WIS.
Drop Investigation and take Perception. Both are useful for seeing the world around you, but you can't investigate something you haven't perceived, while you can perceive something you haven't investigated, so perception is rolled far more often by everyone in every campaign. I also recommend swapping Deception for Persuasion, for the same reason - it's a much more common roll, in practice.
Lines are inferior to cones, even though acid is a superior damage type, offensively. I highly recommend changing your color to gold or red (probably gold, since you chose copper over black). Plus, fire resistance is better than acid resistance.
For some reason I can't see your background, even though your skill and tool proficiencies suggest you have one. The background rules encourage your GM to let you just pick two skills and two tools or languages for your background, whatever background you are, which is why I suggested the skills I did, even without knowing that. Assuming you're allowed a custom background, thieves tools aren't all that great on you. Your statline and skills will make you decently competent at gambling and lockpicking, but I highly recommend swapping your tools to a disguise kit (you'll need your GM to rule - the PHB says both CHA and INT are the right ability score for a disguise; most GMs are comfortable letting you pick the stat when there's a strong argument for multiple, for a tool) and one of the two tools that makes healing easier, herbalism kit or cook's utensils. Cook's utensils sounds more thematic to me, but I might be misinterpreting your character.
If you fancy yourself getting into melee occasionally, you might want to pickup one of the weapon cantrips - Green Flame Blade or Booming Blade. If you switch to Red or Gold, your 6th level Elemental Affinity will add damage to Green Flame Blade. Use a quarterstaff two handed, which, if your DM allows, can double as a spellcasting focus, which simplifies the spell casting with weapons problem. You are AC 16, 21 with Shield, and you get the +1 hp per level, so it's not an absurd proposition. If you could rejig your stats a bit, you might even get a STR modifier on the attack.
Int is completely useless as a sorcerer. Absolutely anything is better, including STR (if nothing else, you'll be able to lift more).
Your stat priority is CHA>CON>DEX>WIS>STR>INT, if you're speccing for combat. Speccing for trying to help with social stuff implies a stronger emphasis on WIS.
