My Fire Draconic Ancestry sorcerer just hit level 11 and I'm starting to struggle picking the spells since I don't have many options left. So I thought I'd get some help here.
I agreed with GM to only pick Fire damage spells (minor exceptions allowed) to buff Elemental Adept which reduces Fire immunities to Fire resistance.
Generally in combat, I twin Greater Invisibility on myself and another party member.
In the party, there is a combat focused Bard (who is multiclassing Fighter and no longer getting additional Bard levels) and a Light Cleric.
I'm dealing pretty good damage in combat, but I realised it would be useful to get some utility spells since we don't have a wizard in the party. So I took Ritual Caster (Wizard) to be able to pick ritual spells.
My focus with spells is combat (I feel like I'm good there), social (e.g. Suggestion, Dominate, Charm) and utility/transport (e.g. Teleportation, etc.)
Here are the spells I'm getting per level so far:
L11:Globe of Invulnerability (getting quite some spellcaster enemies. We have an enemy who's a high level wizard in fact).
L12: Feat: Elven Accuracy (combos well with Greater Invisibility). Spells: nothing or switch another spell. Maybe lose Haste for something else Misty Step ?
Does your GM accept UA? The Class Features UA has Elemental Metamagic which may interest you as well as Versatility that allows you to swap a spell on a long rest for one of the same level. It really helps avoid this kind of regret-avoidance and stress.
Plus the latest has Metamagic Adept for if you no longer fret about stat increases.
Quickened is good after Level 11 when your cantrips can do a lot more damage. If you are limited to only using spells which cause fire damage then you could try firestorm, incendiary cloud or delayed blast fireball. I second polymorph especially if you use it with heightened. You would not believe how many things I've turned int snails that the party can gang up on when I drop it.

Wall of Fire for area control

Good call on Polymorph. I swapper Charm Monster for it :)
