I have a character that recently gained 3 warlock levels, and thus a subclass. For the sake of argument, I have selected the Celestial patron.
This should give me the spells Cure wounds (lvl1), Guiding Bolt (lvl1), Aid (lvl2 ) and Lesser Restoration (lvl2), and two cantrips that does not matter for this.
I have also select Hex (lvl1), Armor of ...(lvl1), Spider Climb(lvl2) and Suggestion (lvl2).
I understand that I only have lvl2 Pact slots so all my spells will be cast as lvl 2.
When I look at my spells on the character sheet, cure wounds and guiding bolt is missing. I would expect them to be listed, like Hex, to be upcast. https://imgur.com/3ZAN72g
The spells are not listed under lvl1 either. Can anyone help me understand?
It would have been better to link the entire character vice just a small fixed portion.
But chances are the spells are there but on a tab you are not looking at. I realize this is no help to you , and more experienced people can probably pin point it. I recommend looking at everything in the tabs 1st online. If nothing else that can show if your PDF actually included everything. I know when I converted online to PDF, there were a lot of pages and some items where located in places on the PDF I was not expecting.
Disclaimer, i am new and can only say what little I know.

Try going to the Home tab of the character builder and making sure the "Show Level-Scaled Spells" option is turned on. If it is turned on, try turning it off and then turning it back on again.
Some other people have reported this same issue in the Bugs & Support forum recently and it seems like it might be related to this setting.
That setting should basically always be enabled for Warlocks anyway, since (unlike Wizards or Clerics or whatever) they don't have lower-level spell slots at all; turning it off would cause all spells of a lower level than the current slot level to disappear.

What confuses me is that the spells I selected as part of my pact magic (the "native" warlock spells), did move up from 1 to 2, with the marking to suggest they are lower level. But the lower level patron spells was not shown anywhere
Yeah, that's weird. It seems like there's a bug with that setting where you might have to turn it on in both places (where you found it, and in the character builder on the Home tab) for it to work properly with those spells, or something like that.

Yeah, I figures it was something strange like that. Thanks for the help in any case.

Thanks Wagn, that did it!
For anyone else:
I had to enable it for the missing spells to show
