Yes, I would be OK with this change. This is going to allow you to max your CHA to 20 at level 4 and take a helpful feat like Lucky or Resilient CON at 8. Otherwise, your spending both ASI’s on CHA.
Other thoughts:
Spells: No Hex? That’s a Warlocks Bread-and-Butter, especially at lower levels.
Invocations: Eldritch Spear. I almost never have encounters beyond the normal range of EB. I think you could get better mileage out of trusty old Agonizing blast.
Well starting with an 18 CHA is great. As posted above, Agonizing Blast over Eldritch Spear all day long - unless you're playing some sort of lone sniper... and even then.
How is your point buy working, if it is standard you cant do the proposed change (unless I have missed something).
Currently you have 14 points in Cha +2 racial. To increase this to 15+2 costs 2 points and with standard point buy you can go no higher. Taking 2 points out of int gives you 2 points and taking one point out of Wis gives you one point back.
I think Point buy is designed so you can't have 18 from level 1.
Increasing Cha to 15+2 and dropping Wis to 10 could work if you plan on taking the Actor feat at level 4, or adding a +1 into something else (e.g. Con so resilient con at level 8 or 12 will also get your Con to +3 but then you need to think about ow far you expect the campaign to go).
Another option would be to reduce both Int and Wis to 10 at getting Con to 15 and Cha to 17 (15+2). Then at level 4 you can get Cha to 18 and Con to 16. This is great for your spell casting (power and concentration) and hit points but will make you worse at skills like perception and arcana, so while an option it is not necessarily better.

That is some far points you make about point buy. I actually wasn't thinking about it being 15+2, but you're right, that would still only give me 17 and there really is not any difference between a 17 and a 16. The only difference would be not needing to spend as many ASI points to get to 20, thus allowing me to spread them out more, but then that would make me worse at skills.
I would be a trade-off that would depend on whether or not the party has someone with high perception and arcana. I am not sure what the party has come up with yet, so I can't really so.
So maybe, for now, I could leave my stats where they are.
I changed ES to AB but it's reduced my ranged back to 120 ft. The plan was that I would be able to hit enemies from really far away, staying outside there firing range, taking them out using ES, before they got close.
Also, would you say that my spell selection, in general, is okay for an archfey warlock
As noted above, you really should think about choosing the Hex spell. Given the spells you've picked so far, I'd swap it with Armor of Agathys because it looks like you're focusing on ranged combat. If you're not in melee, Armor of Agathys isn't quite as useful; the temporary HP are nice, it won't put out any damage. Hex will be more useful for you.
Also, your AC could be an issue; I'd highly recommend the Mirror Image spell, which can be a real life-saver.

Thanks, I have taken yours and others suggestions and switched out two of my spells.
I switched Armor of Agathys for Hex
I switched Misty Step for Mirror Image.
The problem with my AC is that I can only wear leather and to beef up my DEX, for a bigger boost to my AC, I have to lower my other stats.
It's proving quite hard to get this particular character right

In confined areas it is rare to be able to get more than 120 foot away from the enemy and still be able to see them. In the open air more often than not you don't know you are going to be in a fight until they are within 120 foot (either because they were hidden or you didn't know if they were friend or foe), if you do decide to attack when they are at 300 feet you will get a couple of shots in while your friends and the enemy run towards each other, but even if you start your attack from 120 feet your melee friends will keep their melee guys away from you so you are only at risk from their ranged attackers who decide to go for you rather than someone else. So in a few fights eldritch spear is reasonably good but most of the time it is useless.
Hex adds 3 points of damage to each of your hits and assuming you go take Charisma ASI an extra 4 points at level 4 (nearly doubling average damage on a hit from 5.5 to 9.5). At level 5 you get two eldritch blasts per action doubling the damage from Hex.
Hex doesn't scale much after that, give that warlock spells are always cast at the highest level so at higher levels there are probably better alternative. I am currently playing a level 6 warlock and am considering swapping hex out at level 7 when I get 4th level spells in favour of something like Banish but at low levels Hex is the go to concentration spell.
I think Faerie Fire and Hex compete against each other too much as they are both concentration spells. When you are in combat you are likely to have Hex up. so I would drop faerie fire for one of.
a) Misty Step: Probably my favourite option it gets you out of melee range and potentially behind total cover without the enemy having an attack of opportunity. If you get grappled it is an amazing escape.
b) Hellish Rebuke: If you know you are to take a short rest after this battle and get your slots back this provides a decent amount of damage as a reaction (and you wound do much with that pointy think in your hand)
c) Invisibility: I know this is also concentration but given its limitations this is an out of combat spell
As a note I would also see Phantasmal force as an out of combat option. You want to get past the guard, have a phantom bandit attack him and then lead him away or have a flaming arrow hit him and set him on fire.
I see what you mean a about Faerie Fire. I had it originally because it seemed more thematic for an Warlock of the Archfey.
Then again, Misty Step is also very Fey as well and I had originally wanted Misty Step for escaping grapples and things because of my low STR and HP it I got grappled and didn't have a way to escape, I'd be dead for sure.
Especially with an attacker having advantage because I was grappled and my AC already being low as well.
But then I thought Faerie Fire would come in handy because I could use it to make any hidden enemies become visible.
I really wish that there was more comparable Archfey themed spells available for if you're Warlock Patron is an Archfey, rather than the Lovecraft inspired Eldrich based spells just being the best.
Do you need proficiency in Deception when you can cat Disguise Self at will?
I would drop Faerie Fire for now and replace it with Misty Step and then pick up Faerie Fire at a higher level. Invisible opponent are more common at higher levels than at lower levels.
As per others, 120' EB is actually pretty far and rarely comes up since most fights happen in confined spaces.
Your biggest weakness is your AC, which is normally low for non-Bladelocks. I recommend dropping Misty Step and instead taking Mirror Image. Confined spaces also mean you'll get less mileage out of Misty Step than you would hope. Mirror Image can stay up all fight protecting you while using Hex since it isn't Concentration.
Personally I think Cha 16 is decent. You'll find higher Con or Wis for saves will be useful. Though 5e is pretty lenient on lower stats as long as your primary stat is at least 16. However if you want 18 Cha, I definitely agree with others on the odd Con and Cha to start and use level 4 ASI to get them to 16 and 18.

Hi everyone,
I was wondering if you could give me your opinions on improving this warlock.
https://ddb.ac/characters/12910775/gbyI9z
I was thinking of taking 2 out if INT and 1 out of WIS, so that I could make her CHA 18.
What do you guys think? Would doing this improve or harm the character!

It looks good. I can't give advice on trading points without knowing what ratios you use; is this a standard point buy build (plus racials)?
I have used point buy, but I have taken into account my racial bonuses when I was spending points on stats
