I am playing a Pact of the Fiend Warlock which includes the Dark One's Blessing class feature:
"Starting at 1st level, when you reduce a hostile creature to 0 hit points, you gain temporary hit points equal to your Charisma modifier + your warlock level (minimum of 1)."
I was thinking that it would only take effect if I, the warlock, reduced a creature to 0 hit points, as in, I have to make the final blow. Is that correct? Or would I gain the Temporary Hit Points when any creature I have engaged with is defeated by me OR my party members? I thought it was the former, but then I started watching Critical Role season 2 and it seems Travis is gaining those THP when the creature dies no matter who finishes it off.
If it had meant anyone, it would say something more like "when a creature within 30 ft of you is reduced to 0 HP" or something that made it apparent that it was based on proximity. "You" means that it's that character, the same way Finger of Death's description of "you point your finger at a target" means the mage in question and not some other random character who happens to be near a 13th level wizard.

Find your own truth, choose your enemies carefully, and never deal with a dragon.
"Canon" is what's factual to D&D lore. "Cannon" is what you're going to be shot with if you keep getting the word wrong.
Does this ability stack. Say you kill two enemies would you get temp hp twice or would the second top off any missing temp hp?
Temporary HP never stacks, regardless of source. Any time a character gets temp HP when they already have temp HP, they get whichever amount is larger and the smaller amount is lost.
At the bare minimum, your party drops the creature to 1hp and then you eldritch blast it until you can’t see it no more
Given how you don't control the damage dealt, this is not a feasible plan. Certainly aim for it when opportunity is there, but this is rarely going to be the case.

Is there any official ruling on this?
"You" always means your character directly. Not anyone else.
Please check out my homebrew, I would appreciate feedback:
Spells, Monsters, Subclasses, Races, Arcknight Class, Occultist Class, World, Enigmatic Esoterica forms

It's very unlikely that in this one instance they decided to use the plural 'you' to mean the entire group.
Excellent, thank you all for your input.
Adding to this in connection to CR, Travis plays Hexblade.
He even gets regular HP equal to his warlock level+CHA-modifier, when the target of his Hexblade's Curse dies.
Cheers :-)
