I see that on the free version, the only patron a warlock can choose is the fiend. I'm really gunning for the Archfey - specifically Hyrsam, would I be able to pick that if I just bought the basic players handbook here? I don't want to buy the wrong thing.
yes, purchasing the Player's Handbook will unlock the Archfey subclass for the warlock, as well as many other character options!
You can also purchase just the subclass on its own if you wish from this section of the page. Any partial purchases you make will also be subtracted from the cost of purchasing the full book later, so you won't lose money with partial purchases.
