I am creating a character for a beer and pretzels game it will be high powered this is the first came the dream has run with us where he's going to have a magic item store. My character is 13th level. My character is a 5'8" blonde human girl with pigtails. She has a perennially sunny disposition, though she wants to be coughing she just cannot pull it off it's not in their nature. The GM let me player last night, though she's incomplete. One thing that is no doubt going to become a running gag is how she does absolutely horrific things while totally oblivious to how horrific they are and singing show tunes.
My question is what are some good magic items for necromancers?
Brooch of Living Essence - For evil necromancers this is a great way to fool anything that tries to detect your alignment.
Emerald Pen - Useful for disguising your necromancy spells as something more benign, should anyone ever get their hands on your spellbook.
Hat of Disguise - So you can have an undead minion accompany you without looking like an undead minion. Just need some perfume for the smell...
Insignia of Claws - Technically zombies and skeletons don't have weapon proficiencies, they make unarmed attacks. So, for your chosen minion, give that attack a little boost.
Night Caller - A must have for necromancers! Two free undead without using up your spellslots!
Libram of Souls and Flesh - Basically the instant necromancer package with all the spells you need and use its special effect for a brief feeling of lichdom.
