What I meant is my Bladesinger, with a Phantom Steed, pop Kinetic Jaunt on my turn 1 BA and go for it, NOT using bladesong, never see anyone else recommending this spell…am I doing it wrong?

I don't understand the purpose. Kenetic Jaunt affects you (the caster) not the Phantom Steed so I am not sure how these would work together or why you would cast it when you were on a mount with a 100 ft movement.
Now if you are talking about a multiclass Paladin with Find Steed, you could cast Kenetic Jaunt and target both.
In any case I have used Phantom Steed with a Bladesinger, but I still went into bladesong. I have not used Kenetic Jaunt on a bladesinger. There is a big negative to that spell because it does not provoke AOOs. When I play a bladesinger I usually want to provoke AOOs so they are not used on other party members.
Am I the only one who use Phantom Steed for that turn one hurt?

Can you please elaborate? I don't understand your question.
