I can't remember where I've found the base for this homebrew feat, however made some modifications to it. What do you think?
THROWN WEAPONS MASTER
You have mastered the art of throwing weapons. You have exclusively trained in thrown weapons to the point you are no longer proficient in weapons without the thrown property. You gain the following benefits when you are wielding a weapon with the thrown property:
When you make a melee or ranged weapon attack by throwing the weapon, you can use Dexterity or Strength for the attack and damage rolls of the attack, even if the weapon does not have the finesse property.
When you make a ranged weapon attack by throwing the weapon, the attack's normal range is increased by 10 feet, and the long range is increased by 20 feet.
As long as you are not deafened, being blinded does not impose disadvantage on your thrown attack rolls by throwing the weapon against the target within your weapon's normal range.
When you make a ranged weapon attack by throwing the weapon, you gain a +1 bonus to your strength or dexterity modifier for the attack and damage rolls at level 1, +2 at level 5, +3 at level 10, +4 at level 15, and +5 at level 20.
If you have Dual Wielder or Two-Weapon Fighting, you may draw and throw both weapons as a single attack. If you do so, make an attack roll for each attack without the additional attack roll modifier. If used in this manner for a sneak attack, both thrown weapons get sneak attack damage if they both hit as they are thrown simultaneously.
To make it a little easier on yourself, the bonus to attack and damage might want to use be your proficiency bonus since it pretty much lines up perfectly
