Right now that's only an option for clubs/stores. Although it's always a good idea to express your hopes for DDB, as the staff does listen and take things into account.
One option for you--since this is not likely to change any time soon--is to see if any of your players are willing to purchase a Master Tier sub. If you play with a regular group of folks, they might even be willing to chip in to help someone do so. The DM doesn't have to be the one with the sub, and if content sharing is turned on, the content of everyone in the campaign is shared. (So a player who has the Master Tier sub in theory wouldn't need to own any content themselves)
I dont see a need to increase the number of campaigns. Especially since they uncapped the number of characters that can be in each. If multiple campaigns have the same DM and there are less than 12 total players, that can just be 1 campaign.
Just want to add that there's reasons why more than three makes sense.
I have one normal game on my subscription, with 4 friends, then, 2 1on1 campaigns where there's just one player and one npc in the campaign. It seems really crappy that that means I can't have any more campaigns.
Yes I could fudge it and combine multiple campaigns into one, but that means I lose the benefits of having them organized in the campaign builder and the other places where the campaign organization matters.
It feels like basing it on number of players total would be a more meaningful metric, and wouldn't encourage people to purposely disorganize their games.
FWIW I'd also like some way to pay more and get more slots without trying to get my players to do that for me.

D&D player going back to the 90s with 2e and 3e. Didn't play for years and ended up skipping 3.5e and 4e entirely. Very excited about the openness and clarity of 5e.
Experiences DMing were mostly misadventures back in the day, but trying to be ready to be a decent DM now that my wisdom has gone up a bit.

like the title says. I would love it if I could share my content on more than 3 campaigns. I wish it were unlimited
