I like using the DMG loot tables, but they don't include newer magic items so I end up spending a lot of time sifting through the magic item pages to get loot ready for sessions.
With all the fancy and amazing tools on the site, it would be great to have either an auto loot generator or just an updated loot table. Perhaps even just a simplified table that narrows down what kinds of items to search for that are appropriate for certain levels and rarity.
D&D Beyond strives to reproduce the rules as presented in the rules as designed by Wizards of the Coast. As such, D&D Beyond can't create new tables. If WotC publishes new, expanded loot tables, DDB would strive to support those tables.

A doable compromise may be integrating the dice roller with all existing tables. it'd add some further DDB functionality to the sourcebooks.
