As a DM, I would REALLY like the ability to simply drag a slider to increase monster's Challenge Rating, from it's current CR up to at least CR 15. The desired functionality would be to scale up the stats loosely similar to other monsters of that CR. The reason behind this is to avoid needing to create a lot of homebrew monsters just to give me a CR 7 encounter of bandits or a CR 11 encounter of simple undead.
(Before it comes up...) Yes, I could just pull up another monster and use its stats while claiming it's the monster I need. However, is that going to work when the Maps tool is finally released in full?
While this would be an amazing feature, unfortunate CR doesn't work in such a way as to make this feasible. I'll still be passing this feedback along however.
@Davyd, thanks for the reply! Yes, I understand this isn't exactly like a video game as monsters are thematically built. However, even some hacky averaging would be just beautiful. I have outlined my current process in the hope that it helps push towards some kind of solution. It also feels like not having DMs creating dozens (or more?) homebrew monsters per campaign would be less bloat on the backend as well.
HP (SG 142, GA 157, GrA 101 (75*), K 125 (93*)): ~130
Grick Alpha and Korred both have resistance to nonmagical damage, so I'm guessing 35% increase to account for party that may not all have magic damage yet.

Creating a CR 7 "Bandit" (Original Bandit)
Thanks again and take care!
