I like that I can right click to roll Advantage or Disadvantage but it would be cool to have some basic Buff or Debuff effect that can be toggled on the rolls as well, for example: Bardic Inspiration, Bane, Bless, etc.. this is more a QoL than anything, it's just a bit annoying to make my roll then make additional custom rolls afterward to determine the added or subtracted result. something that can be toggled per creature or character.
it would be nice to also be able to add up to 120 character notes that can be usewd to remeber small things as a DM during the encounter. Like, "Player X is grappled with Monster Y", "Monster Z failed save against Fear", "Is Bunred and must take #d4 Fire dmg" and so on, just something so that if I have to make a note about somethign I can do so quickly and see a bullet or notification that I can see at a glance for when that entity's turn begins I can remember it.
A "Dead" toggle for my monsters so that whewn they die in combat they can be automatically skipped in the turn order rather than clicking Next twice or more times to skip over them.
For Damage/Healing it would be nice to have a shortcut key so when I type the number I can hit H or D for Healing or Damage respectively Even T would be useful later on to add TempHP
