It would be nice to somehow see what items belong to which random tables from the DMG. Maybe show this in the item description or maybe be able to sort items by these tables.

There's SOOOO much scope for tools for part of character generation - it's really exciting just how awesome this could be.
Random names, weight, height, deities, picking all the details in the background selection, equipment selection (from the standard choices, or by rolling money and buying equipment), options to upload a character portrait (or select from some preset artwork) and the list could keep going!
For tables which detail random outcomes (e.g., Madness tables) it seems an easy and obvious feature to add a "roll now" button, which the user could click to select an outcome instantly. You could extend this feature to enable any random variables, like damage dice for monsters.
I totally agree to more random roll options. And please add some randomised roll tables for dungeon building ( room size etc.) like in the dm handbook. I would love these.
I like the idea of being able to do the roll off the tables. This would be a great thing to have in the campaign manager for random encounters, loot, etc. etc. as per other suggestions above, too. ;)
BUT... It could go in the character sheet, too! You want a random character, boom, it makes it. You know what you want to do, but want a random background to try - let it roll up the personality, bonds, etc for you. I've seen hints that different levels of creation and setup are going to be available. Soon we shall see what that really means. =)
The other thing that I think I saw hinted at is for DMs to create NPCs with ease so if there is one that is around a lot and needs to be fleshed out more it can be done in the campaign manager easily with whatever level of char sheet you want to use.
Anyway, I'm not sure if we will have a way to roll dice on any of the tables, but it would be a neat addition and it would be awesome if it auto fills the char sheet or campaign management "page" that it would go into.

I would also like to see that random tables are interactive.
It would be nice to have a small percentile icon that could be clicked and give a result below.
I would also love to see extra random tables included if you could ask wizards of the coast nicely.
Don't surprise me if Curse team has thought this out already.
A random character name generator that could be clicked after choosing race would be neat.
I would also like to see an age generator, weight generator, height generator too. Race dependant of course.
