I think that we should be able to create our own Homebrew races. If we are able to make our own monsters then why not be able to create races? Now, forgive me if I am wrong and just couldn't find a area where we could do that but, it would be really cool if we could.

Because they operate in wholly different ways and creating races has so many variables that it's more than likely that it's incredibly difficult to implement.
This poll isn't really all that relevant because it's already in the devs plans to add the functionality of home-brewing races in the (hopefully near) future.
