Hey, i searched this forum and havent seen anyone else post about this, so not sure if im the only one.. but I can't load any of my saved encounters. when I click on "My Encounters" it begins to show the loading screen, then just crashes and all i get is the toolbar at the top (collections to quarantine resources) and a button to report feedback, which Ive done multiple times, with no response, or fix.
Anyone having the same issues? or any suggestions as to what to do? It was working fine for me 2 days ago, then just stopped..
Pretty frustrated as I had a multitude of possible encounters ready for my game tonight, and now I have to try and recall what they all were , and smash them into one big encounter... which is an absolute ****show to manage.
Really glad I pay for this service at the moment, when the basic tools don't even function, and no customer support to be seen.
I've been using google docs for Campaign Notes the entire time since I've been using Dnd Beyond , without issue, and thats the only extension. I tried disabling that, but it didnt seem to have any impact.
Thanks for the suggestion though. Any other ideas?
Still down ... but everything else seems to be working alright at the moment. Noone else is having this issue?
Good to know it's not just me, I was losing my mind. For now, I've had to resort to just making an encounter, and keeping that tab open until I use it, but I have months of planned encounters I cant access, absolutely threw a wrench into my campaign.
Edit:
Also, yes, I'm using Homebrewed monsters, that's one of the main reasons I use DnD Beyond: to keep track of all my Homebrew.
Is it possible that the campaign contains an incomplete character? One without class levels or ability scores. You should be able to check from the campaign page.
Nope all characters good and it not just one encounter it not letting me load the my encounters page at all
Same, my campaign has no incomplete characters. Nearly 99.99% certain its just a bug, as I've changed nothing from the previous day when it was working just fine, and now others are reporting the same .
Stars are aligning, the gods have spoken. An error in the code, it is.
This issue happens because you have a campaign that does not have a name. We are working to fix it so that that won't happen, but in the mean time, you can add a name (or leave the campaign) in order to fix the problem.

"How come he get's to hold the stick, Grimby?"
Do you have any extensions installed in your browser? If so please try disabling them to see if they're interfering.

Having this issue as well for the last couple of days.
Are you using homebrew monsters in those encounters?

In some of them but i cant even get to a list of encounters
I'm also experiencing this issue, which is odd because as of 3-4 weeks ago, when I created the encounters, I had no issues.
Yup same here it just randomly started last week, I was hoping it would be a site-wide issue and be fixed but it seems to only be certain accounts

Hey folks.
Thanks for reporting this issue!
This issue happens because you have a campaign that does not have a name. We are working to fix it so that that won't happen, but in the mean time, you can add a name (or leave the campaign) in order to fix the problem.
Thanks again!

Thanks Ammja, that did it! Had one unnamed.
Cheers big ears.

How does one add a name to a campaign one cannot even access any longer because of the bug?
Edit: nevermind....In my head I thought we were talking about unnamed encounters. It turns out I did have an unnamed campaign, so this fix worked.
