Can we have 'My Library' similar to 'My Dice'? It takes time to go to the .../account/marketplace page just to see my Current Product Licenses... All in a table, neatly waiting to have its own page. :)
The exact same question I asked in the beginning of this thread.... The answer seems to be that they just do not care enough about their customers to do this. They would rather make life more difficult for you by having to sort through all the titles you do not own.
This is incredibly frustrating and honestly makes me question if they care about their customer at all.
There should 100% be a box to check for (for example) show all content I own only for monsters, items, maps, etc. That not existing is just a lack of basic functionality that makes this place seem badly made and maintained. It also feels like a scam where instead of building an encounter with the monsters you have access to you are constantly being shown monsters you don't have access to but could buy. Very annoying.
Myself and the VAST MAJORITY of people using the DESKTOP site would like a "My Library" section added to the collections section. In this library would be all of the purchased source books and adventures.
Still an issue when you buy the book on the app and then login in on the website/desktop version it doesn't exist or shows up not purchased and can't find what has already been purchased
This is so incredibly stupid and frustrating. What the hell is with giving no option to actually view what I already own? I get it; lots of shiny stuff I could buy. Thanks. Can I please for the love all that is holy/ unholy just get a "my library" tab like literally every single other subscription service out there has?
I don't want to see content I own when browsing the digital selection. It's annoying. I can't tell what's new that I don't own already and it's pissing me off. Used to be so easy. Why the hell is there not a toggable for this thing that used to be a basic feature?
Almost a week ago, a new feature went live in the sources menu where you can filter by what's in your library (or look at the blue 'Library' tag)
Noticed that recently. Mighty helpful.
Out of curiosity do you know if there's any plans to add some customization to the drop-down when hovering over the sources tab? I'm wondering since I find it helpful to hover over and have direct access to the Player's Handbook there instead of needing to go to Sources. But when the 1D&D PHB drops I'm guessing it'll go legacy and be gone from that dropdown. So would be nice to be able to customize it to keep the 2014 PHB up there.
https://www.dndbeyond.com/account/licenses sort of gives you an overview. It's polluted by all kinds of stuff other than the books you own but it's the only list out there as far as I know
Yes, pretty dumb. Bumping. I just bought an adventure book that doesn't even show up on the Source dropdown without me going to all sources and then trying to find it or filter it out. You need a "library" section like the app.

Still an issue.
If yes, it seems that they do not want to solve by purpose... :-(

Yes, still an issue. Yes, they do not want to solve the problem. Because they would rather sell us more stupid imaginary dice.

https://www.dndbeyond.com/sources#Sourcebooks and type in "library" to see what you own. Incredibly kludgy.
ya, the absolute bare minimum they could have done. still very unhappy with them for this issue.
they should listen to their customers, if they would like to keep them.
Tried to include screenshots but it doesn't work with Dropbox URLs, I guess. But here's the answer with links to the dropbox screenshots.
Go to My Account in the menu of your account in the upper right corner,
Pic of the My Account menu
then choose Licenses from the row of tabs.
Pic of the Licenses tab
You'll see a list of what your books your account owns.
It just shows how clueless the people behind this is. And how little they care. Especialy with customer service
