In Chapter 6 in the last paragraph of the introductory text to "Tomb of Moving Stones" it says:
Characters who focus on the right set of rumors in Red Larch might discover the Tomb of Moving Stones. The Believers have a hidden entrance in Waelvur’s Wagonworks (Red Larch, area 16). The long, winding tunnel from this establishment leads to area T1 in the tomb. A second hidden entrance in the Mellikho Stoneworks (Red Larch, area 18) leads to area T9.
This is wrong. The hidden entrance in Waelvur's Wagonworks leads to Area T9, the hidden entrance in Mellikho Stoneworks leads to Area T1.
I've noticed the errata for Princes of the Apocalypse which is concerned with this, and it changes some parts of the book to the form my corrections show. Unfortunately they did not catch all occurrences, namely the one I've found, copied above. This should probably be corrected in the print versions as well.
They move it over so it's on the river. It's swapped because the text description of the Ambush doesn't make sense with the locations in their current place.
The 4 mile hexes make it so it matches with the scale of the rest of the Sword Coast. Here's a thread on EnWorld about it. Post #9 covers the hex discrepancy.
There's a really good guide on DMs Guild that was written before the errata came out that helps with accounting for these mistakes. My hardcover book was pressed after the errata, so it includes all of the corrections.
Ah ok, thanks for the information! The new map swaps the keeps and moves Riverguard keep closer to the river which makes sense. The 4 miles do bug me, though.

Another thing to note is that the Dessarin Valley map is still the incorrect one.
In the corrected version, the hexes are 4 miles instead of 10, and the locations of Riverguard Keep and Sacred Stone Monastery are swapped.
Really? Only 4 miles? Then it's one day from every place to the next. I don't like that, there will be no camping outside!
Riverguard Keep is next to the river in my map, while the monastery is in the hills. Why should that be swapped?

Mike Schley sells the corrected maps on his site btw
