EDIT: I thought I saw Download Links may have just been for the Essentials content?
I paid for a PHB. got a 50% off deal through the Essentials kit Code.
When I initially signed in after purchase, I logged in to look at what was available, I thought I had a Download link for the PHB along with the link to the Essentials Kit Content Dragon of Icespire Peak. . I decided to wait and put it on my Surface Go which at the time My wife was using. I assumed it was a One device download. Now 3 days later I cant find the link to Download.
Plus, I just noticed that I never received a Purchase Email receipt. (Yes, I checked Junk Mail as well)
You can only download the books on the android/iOS mobile app. If you're not on either of those platforms, you can only access the content through the site. The Player's Handbook can be found here: https://www.dndbeyond.com/sources/phb

So why did I not get an Email receipt of purchase?
The purchase receipt would have been sent to the email address listed on the account (it would be the same email address as seen on your https://www.dndbeyond.com/account/email-preferences). If you aren't able to find it, you can raise a Support Request (https://dndbeyond.link/SubmitTicket) to request a receipt.
