I do see in the forum post specifically for Tasha's that there is a lot of bugs and missing content but upon checking EVERY SINGLE class I do not see a single one of the new subclasses. I can't tell in all my research and searching for an answer if I'm supposed to be able to select these new subclasses or not. I subscribe master, as I host campaigns, and I have the sourcebook bundle, so any help would be appreciated. If these subclasses aren't really able to be selected I just hope that this forum post appears for those frantically searching as I did.
Did you purchase the sourcebook bundle before Tasha’s was out? If so, you wouldn’t have access to Tasha’s content. Try checking your entitlements: https://www.dndbeyond.com/account/marketplace. If it says you need to sync, click the sync button. While there, scroll down to “current product licenses” and see if Tasha’s is listed.
So, I checked the entitlement thing last night and it said it was synced. I checked it last week, synced. But after your reply there was now a button there to sync it. Are you guys solving these syncing issues manually on a post by post basis?
Is the problem that not all of the subclasses were ever published because when you google for answers you get nothing. This has been a wild goose chase to end up nowhere. Hard to support the site when any of the new subclasses or content could just as easily be done by hand if that really is the route that is necessary.
All of the subclasses in Tasha's were published here. I have access to all of them. Sometimes entitlements get out of sync; I don't know why. Once upon a time when that happened, staff would manually sync them when that happened. Then they created a system that let us check our entitlements and run the sync process ourselves. (Note that I do not work for DDB, I'm just an active user and a helpful soul)
As for why you didn't have access before when it said you were in sync, I'm not sure. You didn't answer the question I asked about when you purchased the sourcebook bundle, which might shed light on the issue. (At the very least it would rule out a possibility).
After syncing did you gain access to the subclasses?
A few of them, but not all of them. I was mainly doing this for Clockwork Sorcerer and Soulknife Rogue and neither of those show up still. I am missing all subclasses except for the cleric one, Armorer, and Swarmkeeper.
You have been great man, sorry if my response seemed upset at you, it was in no way directly at you, just like up at the heavens. You have helped more than anything else I can find

Very strange. Just as a test, if you go to the Tasha's Marketplace page and scroll down to Subclasses, which subclasses do not have the circled checks in front of them that indicate you own the subclass? (or else which ones do, if only some of them have checks.)

Only 3 of them have the checkmark. I can buy the book, that tells me it comes with that content, and not be given the content? And why only 3 of them, that makes no sense
I'm guessing those are the 3 subclasses you mentioned. Did you purchase those individually at some point, or have them gifted to you? If you check your current product licenses, see if there are individual purchases for those subclasses.
This is also a clue that you probably bought the sourcebook bundle before Tasha's came out, meaning you wouldn't own the full book.

Hi. I checked my current product licenses and saw that I have purchased the whole sourcebook (TCE) and that the Eloquence bard is part of the sourcebook. I could see it when I access TCE in my sourcebooks page. But when I try to create an Eloquence bard, the option doesn't appear in the character creation rule. The Eloquence option also didn't appear in the Tasha's Marketplace page.

Turn on Magic the Gathering content on the first page of the builder. Eloquence bard was first published in Theros, IIRC, so is only available for a la carte purchases from that source. When someone (like you) purchases all of Tasha’s, they get the eloquence bard (and anything else first published elsewhere), but it is hidden behind the MTG toggle. (Other items originally from another source are hidden behind the corresponding toggle if the original source is not considered to be core. The exception being artificer)
Same issue today, trying to make characters and subclasses aren’t showing up, the book doesn’t show up as an option to to use. The entitlements are synced up. Not seeing any options to check subclasses. I’ve owned and used Tasha’s for a year, and now it’s not working.

Same, master tier, Sharing all content and have purchased PHB(2014) Tasha's and xan's. Running a campaign with sharing on and all options checked with all characters in the party. There are two rangers who just advanced to 3rd level but only one of them has access to all of the sub class options. the other, who wants beast master companions but it doesn't show.
Are they both using the 2014 Ranger class? If one of them chose the 2024 Ranger class, they’d need the 2024 PHB and its version of Beast Master. To use the TCOE version, they’d need to remove their class, then scroll down and choose the second Ranger class under 2014 Core Rules.

im haveing the same problem today , and its so annoying , if anyone has found a solution , can anyone tell me\
What, exactly, are you trying to do? How is it not working?
Without more information:
check your entitlements.
If the book is shared with you, make sure you're making the character in the campaign in which it is shared
Turn on the "extended rules" toggle in the builder

Is extended rules on in the builder?
