So I've been trying to log in to my account for a few hours now and nothing seems to be working.
When I first started, none of my usual passwords would work so I went to request a password reset. I reset my password and was able to log in, but the account that was showing wasn't the correct account.
I then requested my Username.
The Username email states that I have two usernames associated with my email:
Dagoron
DagoronDraco
I'm trying to log in to my DagoronDraco one, but every time I use that Username it signs me into the regular Dagoron account and not DagoronDraco.
I don't have any access to any of the campaigns on the Dagoron account nor any of my characters or homebrew content. Other people connected to the campaign can still see my character and I get email notifications for he account when they tested out sending me PMs.
I've tried literally everything I can think of: there's no account switch option on the account profile page that I can find, same goes for the dedicated Twitch side, disconnecting Twitch access and reconnecting it didn't work, neither did deleting my browser cache and cookies and re-logging in.
Have you logged out of twitch completely? Go to twitch.tv, and log out there, then come back to dndbeyond, log out here, and try logging back in to the correct account.
If you do/have done that and it's still not working, then contact the account support folks by using the form here.
I redownloaded the app but I cannot login either, despite being positive that I am entering the correct password. At the first attempt, it had even told me that too many attempts had been made, despite it being my first attempt.

You will need to contact support. They can get bogged down, and they don't work weekends, so please be patient and don't submit repeat requests.
