I'm glad I've not been a fan of dnd because this attempt at playing has been trash. The false advertising convinced me to try it out and I got nothing but more character slots. It made it seem like you could run a visual campaign on the phone like the pc, but nooooo that was cap; you can cancel at anytime, cap; You can play with all content, cap cause its just homebrew and you have to upload it yourself :D this was the worst $11.98 i have ever had the opportunity to waste...

As an automated system it is unlikely to do this and you can view the date it will take money in your account page. 5+ years of being a paid member using 4 different payment methods and not a single time has it ever taken payment earlier than it should.

You should contact your bank/card provider. D&D Beyond cannot do anything regarding overdrafts - if the bank/provider has allowed a payment it should not have due to the terms of your overdraft arrangement you should contact the bank - since they broke their agreement with you.

As mentioned, D&D Beyond cannot do anything about your payment methods or overdraft or whatever. So if you need a new card it has nothing to do with D&D Beyond. It has nothing to do with site coding otherwise it would affect every paid member (the many thousands of them) and it isn't. And they are not thieves taking money you agreed to pay. That is not how theft works. If they took it early (which is not actually possible, but regardless) it's still not theft but you would have a case and could contact their Support directly who can refund you.

If you are not a fan of D&D why pay for a membership? You don't need one to play D&D or make characters on here. If you chose to pay for a service without knowing if you liked that service, instead of availing of the entirely free options first - that's 100% on you and you alone. Let's not blame others for your poor decisions.

This is not even remotely true. There are no such claims. The closest is a Master tier using Maps - which does work as described and you even get some free maps to start you off. There is nothing stating it is "running a visual campaign on the phone".

Nope, it doesn't say that. It says with a Master tier you can enable sharing of any unlocked/purchased content. It doesn't say it actually unlocks all premium content for free. The content sharing works precisely as described.

Given that your account is a month old and the master tier is $6 a month, not the $11.98 and is not that price in any dollar-based currency, I have to conclude you bought the wrong thing? Did you buy a book or something and thought it was a sub? Especially since you get 1-month free trial.

Not sure if anyone is still having trouble with this. No ones above suggestions worked but I was able to access the manage subscription page by going to the Subscribe page, then scrolling through the Frequently Asked Questions. There was one that said something like "How can I manage my Subscription?" and then had a link to it. Pretty sneaky if you ask me though. Should just be a big button somewhere.
This was happening to me, I could not access the subscription page through the website. a journey I downloaded the app & was able to renew my subscription in that.
