Hey, so I own the books and the optional rules that come with them, but when I turn them on to get an expanded spell list my spells won't load. I turn it on in character creation and then try to go add Aura of vitality, but all I got is the loading screen. When I turn off all optional rules it works again. Any ideas of what's going on?
For more information it seems like I can't access my spells when I checkmark "Additional Cleric Spells." This won't allow me to access my spells on the app on my Galaxy A52(or whatever) phone. I can see it just fine on my laptop. It seems like it's only on my phone. I also don't have any of those things you mention (ad blocker, VPN, etc.) on my phone. However, this is still a problem that I can't use the app on my phone with these addition spells and have to switch to a computer. I'm also adding this question If I'm a DM and I want my players to have these optional rules do I need them to buy the books or a subscription to add them to there character sheets?

Hmm...I do remember hearing about spell access problems on the app. I'm afraid I won't be much help there, as I don't use the app much for my characters, and almost never on my phone (if i use it, I use it on my tablet).
In terms of sharing with others in a campaign. Someone in the campaign would need to own all of Tasha's here on DDB and someone in the campaign would need to have a Master Tier Subscription and be willing to turn on content sharing for the campaign. Those two someone's don't need to be the same person, nor do either of them need to be the DM, although they can be. Note that a Master Tier sub lets one share content with up to 5 campaigns one is in. So the person with the sub needs to have an open sharing "slot" in order to turn on content sharing.

-Do you have any ad blockers, browser extensions? Do you use a VPN? Any of those can interfere with DDB's functioning
-Have you both turned on "Optional Class Features" on the Homepage and selected "expanded spell list" from the Options manager on the class page?

Alright I guess I'll just report the bug to D&D beyond and see how that goes.
