Hello, I am unable to add the 'Wand of Entangle' to my Warlock character. When I try to add it via 'Add Items' under the equipment tab it does not show up as an option for wands or any other magic item. I have found it when I do a site search for "Wand of Entangle" as a official magic item. Can someone help or explain where I can add it. It's a magic item from sunless citadel, part of Tales from The Yawning Portal. Have you purchased the item or the Adventure? Or, are you in a campaign with campaign sharing turned on?

Yes, the wand is a part of that adventure. Alternatively you can use the homebrew magic item feature to make it yourself for personal use, based on the information you have. Just don't try to publish it.
You can either hover over the 'items' section in the menu bar, and select Create a Magic Item, or you can go to the My Content section, and Homebrew Creations to create from there. Once you have made your item you will want to turn Homebrew on for the character in question, so that you can add your homebrewed version of the item.
