Just tried to make a character and when I go from the Home tab and go to any other tab (race, ability scores, etc) all I get is text. When I go back to Home, it's just text. No sliders, nothing. Can choose anything, just text.

Something going on with the builder?

I'm not having any issues.

Opera GX, Windows PC.

Ended up deleting the character, which wasn't a big deal since there was no information I was able to choose anywhere. Tried it today and still had that issue. Once I deleted the character, and started a new one it was fine. 

You had the help mode on. In the header, next to the words "Character builder," is a question mark in a circle. If that's lit up blue you get the help mode/tutorial version of the character builder. Just click on that again and it goes away and you can interact with the builder as normal.
