I purchased the Player's Handbook (digital) on the app and then immediately came across the same product on the website and noticed that I could have gotten 50% off. This inconsistency seems pretty unfair. Is there a way I can get some credit since there's no option for refunds on digital orders?

Which is incredibly stupid, bc in my experience, purchases on the app are smooth as butter and have no issues. I have only had issues with purchases made on the site!

just as an FYI they have stated multiple times that discounts will only be for purchases on the website due to how payments in the app are handled
