I have been using D&D beyond, and building a digital library, few years now. I have been allowing my kids to use my iPad and account while playing with their friends. As they are now teens, with their own devices, they want their own account as well. I'm ok with setting up new accounts under their email, even if it's paying do they can have unlimited characters.
Is there a way to share my library? Multiple subscriptions is one thing, but re-buying the library is another issue altogether.

Oh sure, just casually announce you're breaking the Terms of Service. I'm sure that'll fine. 🙃 ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Create a campaign named Sharing.
Get a Master tier subscription.
Go to your campaign and enable Content Sharing.
Send join link to whoever.
Whoever uses link to join and should create a placeholder character (just random, name it placeholder).
While whoever has that placeholder character in the sharing campaign they will be able to see and read all digital content you have purchased on here.
Any future character whoever wants to make should be made in the sharing campaign and can then move it out to another campaign if needed.

This only works if they just want to make characters.
If they're running their own games, then you should instead join that campaign with a character so that you can enable sharing there. (You can only share to five campaigns, but that's plenty for most people.)

Yes, the Master Tier subscription allows you to initiate sharing of all owned content of up to 12 people within a campaign, for up to 5 campaigns.
