Thanks, folks! I’ve passed this on to the devs for a look. Seems like only Android users are affected, but you should be able to access your campaigns through the website in the meantime.
11/7/24 still not working on android. I've un-installed and reinstalled multiple times. My characters pull up but not my campaigns. Which makes it very hard as dm to tweak things while out and about.
sad to report I'm getting this exact issue - character and campaigns not loading but I'm on iPadOS (latest version of IPadOS and latest version of the app. I don't see any recent changes to characters (edits and new characters) and don't see any of my campaigns. Which is annoying as I'm trying to get my son's iPad (which uses my login) to let him run his characters via his iPad for the game I'm running for him and his cousins this week while they are staying with us. Web browser works but I'd rather not have him use my laptop as I need it to run for them. iOS app works (on my iPhone) but doesn't work on my iPad - on the same wifi network, with the same login credentials - and I know the iPad is logged in as it sees my library of content and could download updates to works I own.
so solved this myself by logging out and logging back in - which is puzzling as I could see my purchases but not my characters or campaigns - unclear why this was necessary.
I am unable to see Campaigns which I have joined. I only have access to games for which I DM. My friends are able to access all Campaigns (DM and Players) on their apps.
When we were comparing phones, we realised that my campaigns tab reads 'My Campaigns', whereas theirs reads 'Campaigns'.
My characters all appear in specific campaigns, but I get an error whenever I try to access Campaign information from their character sheet.
As with everyone else - the Browser version works fine. The app does not.
As with everyone else - I've uninstalled/reinstalled the app; logged out and back in. No change.
I’ve been getting the same error as OP, but on iOS (iPhone), latest version. Confiming that, like others above, I can see My Campaigns on browsers, but not in the app. Very frustrating when I’m trying to get a new campaign up and running, review my players’ new characters etc.
Having the issue right now with Cannot load characters for this campaign on the app. I’m on IOS. Works perfectly fine on the website. Tried everything and still nothing

Yeap. Same problem. Cleared the cache, signed out, reinstalled. Nothing works on android

Campaigns now showing, but whenever I try to open one I'm now getting "Something went wrong- unexpected error occurred"
The devs just told me this should now be fixed! Please let us know if you're still having any trouble here.

and yes I have closed the app entirely, restarted it, rebooted the whole iPad and done all the usual pull to refresh etc steps.
