Also having this issue. I can access characters just fine, but any campaign I’m apart of, DM or player, just says it can’t load game log or players. I’m using the app on IOS. Works fine if I use the website in a browser. This issue started after the maintenance on 5/29.
We can recommend trying to clear the cache/data of the app and signing back in.

Having same issue. Tried creating a new campaign and not only can I not see the characters on the app for this campaign, I cannot see any characters in any campaign. iOS.
I can verify that the system works normally on Android at least. I created a campaign last night, on the PC, and today opening the app up, it's there with the characters visible.
I am signed in to my correct account. I have deleted and reinstalled twice. I have powered off and on my device twice. I have deleted my new campaign and made 2 others with the same results. I have cleared my cache and cookies multiple times. I cannot view characters in campaigns. I can see the campaigns and how many players are in it but if I click on any of them it tells me I cannot see any characters. This happened to others back in 2023 as well. Seems to be an ongoing effect.

You might want to contact customer support and have them take a closer look. Make sure to include the Support Information from the app as well. On the main screen, tap your avatar in the top left corner, then select Support Information. http://dndbeyond.link/SubmitTicket
Ditto all of this. Web site = fine. iOS app is broken. Reinstalled twice, sign outs; nothing helps. Bad timing for us as we were in a session 0 with everyone trying to create characters together.

If you can verify you're actually logged in with your correct account, and have reinstalled the app it would help.

Same. iOS app. Can see all campaign but get an error page asking to reload for Game log and Characters tabs.
