Go to checkout, fill in CORRECT, objectively, I have the info next to me, credit card information.
"There was a problem processing your payment, confirm and try again."
Card works everywhere else on the internet: this is a YOUR SITE problem.
Switch to Paypal instead.
"Paypal options are invalid" - Your site
... So why even have the bloody option there if your site just flat out refuses to accept it!?

Incidentally; the last thread I was in on this subject got arbitrarily locked because it was just declared "not our problem"; wish I could do that when I had problems: just declare they aren't my responcibility and everyone just has to agree and move along.
Done, got an initial reply; but can't respond because the return e-mail address is invalid... Well done WOTC: that's one way to prevent anyone from reaching customer support...
Unfortunately: I was not, I haven't a Wizards account; just a DnD Beyond account... sort of why it's stupid to have to go to a different website entirely for support tickets.

My e-mail client simply says "please correct the following e-mail addresses before sending: -address-", it is an invalid e-mail that cannot be sent to.
