Card works everywhere else on the internet: this is a YOUR SITE problem.

"Paypal options are invalid" - Your site
... So why even have the bloody option there if your site just flat out refuses to accept it!?
...
Incidentally; the last thread I was in on this subject got arbitrarily locked because it was just declared "not our problem"; wish I could do that when I had problems: just declare they aren't my responcibility and everyone just has to agree and move along.
Done, got an initial reply; but can't respond because the return e-mail address is invalid... Well done WOTC: that's one way to prevent anyone from reaching customer support...
Unfortunately: I was not, I haven't a Wizards account; just a DnD Beyond account... sort of why it's stupid to have to go to a different website entirely for support tickets.
The reply e-mail address: the one that I get when I click "reply" is as follows: support+id1rr5y4-6959p@dndbeyond-zupport.zendesk.com
My e-mail client simply says "please correct the following e-mail addresses before sending: -address-", it is an invalid e-mail that cannot be sent to.
"It's been a couple days and we haven't heard back from you on your open support request. When you can, please review the response below, reply back, and we'll be happy to continue assisting you."
Return e-mail address when clicking "reply" is STILL broken and cannot be sent to through my e-mail clinet.
I’m not sure what’s happening there, TBH. I’ve never heard of anyone having this issue before.
What email client are you using? What happens if you try to manually send an email to that address, rather than clicking it?
I am using Yahoo mail; hardly an obscure or uncommon one; the same one I have used for north of 2 decades at this point.
Whenever I attempt to send a message to this address; whether clicking "reply" directly, or manually entering it myself: when I finish typing and hit "send"; a pop-up appears saying "Please correct these e-mail addresses before sending: -address-". It is simply not recognised as a valid e-mail address to send an e-mail to.
That’s very weird. Sorry you’re having so much trouble.
I just spoke with someone in customer support, though. Seems like your best bet might be to create a Wizards account with that same email address, then seeing if you can view and respond to the ticket on the site instead.
Just in case you can’t see your existing ticket once you’re signed in, go ahead and submit another. Then send me the new ticket number, and I’ll pass that back to my contact here.

Well; as of Tuesday; one of the "follow-up" e-mails from the original unusable e-mail addresses WAS able to be replied to... so I did... to utter silence for this entire week; since I'm penning this comment on Friday afternoon.
This might be one of the most spectacularly inept attempts at "customer support" I've ever seen.
Payment system is broken... Again.

What address did it say to use?
Were you signed in when you submitted the request? If so, are you able to view it and respond here?
