Aberrant dragon marks are not selectable from feats (If you did not select the Aberrant Heir background) if you do select the background to get the aberrant dragon mark you can get the feat but when looking through feats at level 4 the greater aberrant dragon mark is not available.

I read through the artificer class today and liked it. The Armorer and Artillerist subclasses are awesome!
