What it says on the tin. If you make a link in a private message, it's just as black as the surrounding text. Hovering over it still gives an underline, but the link is effectively "invisible" otherwise. Should probably give them the same link styling as regular forum posts.
I have noticed this, as well. For now, I changed the color of the linked text, along with an underline, just so it stands out. I'll investigate to see if this can be changed.
