I am ghaving the same issue. Preordered the book and I can view it all but trying to look up that item in the listing shows I need to purchase it. But everything shows unlocked on the books marketplace page.

I get a list of results, one of which is for the Siberys Dragonshard.
When I click its link: https://www.dndbeyond.com/equipment/siberys-dragonshard
I get a 404.
