Currently there is no clear delineation between the end of the Avatar of Death statblock and the rest of the card descriptions in the description for the Deck of Many Things - instead, it looks as though the remaining cards are additional actions of the Avatar.
Something relatively minor and obvious to figure out but it could be made slightly clearer.
