A Life Cleric's, "Discipline of Life" feature is not properly reflected in the Goodberry spell's stats, as seen in the character sheet. When a life cleric gains the goodberry spell through the Magic Initiate feat, the healing should be 4 not 1. This can be confirmed here:
It appears that Disciple of Life is not correctly displayed for any healing spell.
For instance, Cure Wounds is similarly effected: Cleric of Life with 18 Wis (+4 Spell Casting Mod) shows 1D8+4 for Cure Wounds.
Since the feature adds 2 + the spell slot level to the healing result, that spell should display 1d8+7 for the listed healing, assuming it was cast with only a level 1 spell slot. Additional spell slot levels would add 1 die and 1 more point of bonus healing with each level (e.g. 2d8+8 with a 2nd level spell slot, 3d8+9 with a 3rd, 4D8+10 with a 4th, and so on).
In practice, I believe that this would be a fairly major piece of work, as the effect of many spells would be changed and it would need the dev team to implement a system that allows class features to modify the display text for specific spells, or types of spells.
Life domain is one subclass of one class, so currently that development time is better assigned to creating features that will be useful to all players.
This doesn't mean that D&D Beyond will never have life domain modifying cure spells, but that it might be a while until it does, sorry!
+request for this feature. Our cleric was not healing at full potential and didn't realize.
If it can't be automatically calculated, maybe a warning message could be included with this class feature text to note that it is not currently calculated in the character sheet and must be added manually?

Ideally it should, yes.
