Occasionally when I attempt to use the root menu on my phone it creates a blank white screen that doesn't appear to be a loaded webpage. As I attempt to scroll the page the webpage and menu are then displayed. Head anyone else experienced this bug? I'm using a unique browser, which could account for this.
It would help if you gave the name of the browser and which smart phone is being used so they might figure out if they can test it to see if it does the same thing. =) Always be specific with details when reporting IT issues because there are so many options out there it is hard to test a website to work with all of them efficiently. I know they are working with quite a few as it is to make sure the site runs and looks good both with mobile and desktop options.
There's a fairly complex layout on this site. The devs test it against all of the common browsers, so I expect it's probably a rendering issue on your browser.
