No thanks. I don't see a how a random user with no official ties to dndbeyond is going to help them behave ethically. Thank you for your efforts though.
Moderator, please mark this post as resolved. We're all certain now that dndbeyond does have multiple bugs (that includes the hex spell).
To the awesome players and D&D community, don't be a chump like me. Buy the books and avoid all digital versions. Dndbeyond has no intent to provide quality services, behave with honesty, or act ethically. You'll be the laughing stock of your table if you purchase on this website.
The moderator team are always here to assist - MellieDM is one of the team, hence why they were asking for the support reference, this way we can forward internally for you.
I am sorry, you feel that D&D Beyond still has bugs, as mentioned before, there are times were disabling and re-enabling fixes things, occassionally, browser caching can cause similar issues. We do hope that there are other parts of the site that help showcase some of DDB's capabilities that will be helpful to you in future.
As per your request I will lock this thread - as MellieDM mentioned, we have alerted the Support team to look out for a ticket from your profile - the team do sometimes have a backlog depending on volume, so usually tickets are responded to within 48 hours. If there is any further info you wish to provide so we can pass onto the Support team, you can always Private Message any moderator (our names are in Orange).
We take all suggestions from our users very seriously, and any feedback is appreciated and considered. We also have a dedicated customer service team as well as a moderation crew who work very hard to answer all questions and help our users out as best as we can, so we appreciate your patience if you've submitted an issue and are waiting for it to be resolved.
Oftentimes issues, like what was addressed here with Hex, can come from a variety of places. Many times those are easy to fix. We're always working to improve the site and fix problems, so please post when you have a problem! We're here to help!
