On my 5th level Hexblade I don't see Elemental Weapon in the spell list as an option that I can select and all the other 3rd level spells and Hexblade specific spells are there. I have access through my DM for the campaign.
Unfortunately that character doesn't have access to content from the Player's Handbook.
If the Player's Handbook is being shared with you via a campaign, content from it can only be used for characters that are in the campaign where sharing is enabled.
You can read the contents of the PHB (it's shared with you) but that doesn't allow you to use contents from it in other campaigns.
The expanded spell list feature gives Hexblades access to Blink and Elemental Weapon at 5th level. Both are PHB spells and I can see Blink in my list and I have selected it to show that. Looks like a bug to me.

D&D Beyond FoundersElemental Weapon is in the Player's Handbook - are you sure that this is shared via the campaign?
If that's not the problem, please provide the url of your character sheet and a moderator can take a look.

Thanks I had forgot the link. I can see all the other Players Handbook options it's just the one spell from the bonus list.

From what I can see of that character, he is in a campaign and has Wrathful Smite which is also a PHB spell.
