Read up on Pact Magic in the Warlock class page. Warlock's do not cast spells like other casters. They get few spell slots and cast them all at a specific level, in your case it is 4 level 5 spell slots.

Lightning Strike - A rebranded Fire Bolt for Wizards & Sorcerers.
Spirit Bomb - A holy fireball for Clerics, Paladins, & Divine Soul Sorcerers!
Sword Dancer - A Cleric subclass specifically for the Drow goddess Eilistraee.
You're a 20th level Warlock. The only spell slots you have are 5th. Notice that even the 1st and 2nd level spells you have on your list don't have slots associated with them? They're Eldritch Invocations and have their own casting rules from them. The 6th level and above spells don't either - because they're from Mystic Arcanum which also have their own rules.
Perhaps you should familiarise yourself with the Pact Magic feature.

Neither of you have paid attention to what I posted. This is a sheet functionality issue, not a game mechanics issue. 3rd and 4th level SPELLS, not spell slots, are not populating on the character sheet, despite having some selected in the Spell Manager. If you look at the Spells tab of the character sheet, you can see that the filter buttons also skip 3rd & 4th level.
They are populating. You have Counterspell which is 3rd and shown just fine. Any spell which is listed in blue is being upcasted because you are a Warlock and will not be shown at their default level (because you have no spell slots to cast them at their default level).
If you cannot see any spell listed in blue then you've turned that option off in the character builder (Home section :: Show Level-Scaled Spells :: On/Red/Right).
The only reason you have 1st and 2nd as an option to filter is because those are invocations that aren't tied to slots but can be cast at will at their base level.

When I looked at the character sheet, I can see all the 3rd and 4th level spells that can be upcasted in the 5th level spell slot section: Banishment, Blight, Counterspell, Create Food and Water, Dispel Magic, Fireball, Galder's Speedy Courier, and Remove Curse are all there.
When you filter spells by spell slots, there are no spells that can be cast at 3rd level and 4th level spell slots, so the option to filter them is not there, which is normal.
edit 2: it also shows up the higher level spells for druid but not for the others
Animate Dead is a third-level spell. Spell levels and class levels are not the same thing. You generally need five levels in a given class to be able to access third-level spells from that class. You don't have five levels in either of the classes that have access to that spell.

For whatever reason, 3rd level spells are not showing up in the Spell list.

Does it do the same with 5th and 6th level spells? with an artificer as well? because it's doing that with mine.
The original post was about a Warlock, which uses a different system from standard spellcasting with slots.
Go ahead and provide the link to your character sheet (url not share link) so someone can take a look.
One thing: if you're not multiclassed, Artificers only get up to 5th-level spells & spell slots.

That's a level 6 Artificer. They only get 2nd level spells at level 6 as per the Artificer Class Table. So what exactly is the problem you're having?
