I talked with the development team and we think it might have something to do with your graphics card because it's happening across multiple browsers. Do you have trouble running other games or other 3D elements in other websites like Hero Forge? I assume that you're able to get it working on other devices.
You can try to see what your GPU is saying by going to chrome://gpu/ in your Chrome browser.
Also, if I recall, the 2016 MacBook Pros had an Integrated Graphics Processing Unit that had a tendency to go bad or have trouble switching to the dynamic mode. Here's an article I found about some of the options around it https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202043.
Other than troubleshooting your hardware and its settings, I believe that's all that can be done short of upgrading the computer or GPU.
This is happening to me as well on a brand new 2019 MacBook Pro. This has not happened on any other sites.
The artifacts do not appear every time on this page, they appear on other pages on the site, and they stay in the same position as I scroll. And I can't try refreshing the page because then I'd have to reenter all of the initiative and HP numbers into the page for a FIFTH time because the combat tracker doesn't actually save the combat state (yes I took the survey, but this is frustrating as hell).
Heroforge works perfectly.
ETA: And the graphics glitch cleared up when I rolled the dice.
Hello all,
I am using a MacBook Pro 16 and recently I am experiencing weird video artefacts in my characters' page (see picture).
On Chrome this happens immediately and disappear if I remove hardware acceleration (with this setup rolling dice is an incredibly painful experience)
On Safari it happens when I roll a die but I cannot disable hardware acceleration as a user.
This is a screenshot taken from Safari (on Chrome the same is happening)

Oh well... it seems also the forum has a problem because I cannot post the screenshot..
Please take a screenshot of the issue and upload it to a 3rd party image hosting site (such as imgur.com)
Here it is (I also added to first post):

Hey there - apologies for getting back to you somewhat late, but just so you're aware, I passed this along to the dev team for further review.
Thanks for your patience!

Sorry, I hope this helps.
Thanks Ammja, I do run Forge well on my laptop.
But I found these artefacts also in other websites so I don't think it's a problem only related to DnDBeyond, thanks for the support
