I would like to see the ability to create Homebrew Conditions.
Things like Injuries or Madness would most accurately be defined as a homebrew condition. Currently, I have made them into magic items that players have to equip.

Double bump, if like to add a tainted condition for my homebrew world, with the ability to increase levels like the exhausted condition.
