The Planeshift supplements are unofficial content made not by the D&D team over at Wizards of the Coast, but the Magic the Gathering team (specifically a few people on that team). As such, being neither core, non-core or playtest material, it's not offered on D&D Beyond. However, if WotC requests it be supported, DDB will endeavour to do so.
You could recreate them as homebrew, if you are experienced enough to know how. As a side benefit of recreating them, you will be able to modify them on an individual basis to fix any balancing issues (of which there are many for the Planeshift content).
Ditto-ing Flare, if you read enough about the Planeshift content, and get past the folks who just don't like Magic lore crossing into D&D, you'll see a lot of substantiated objections on mechanical/balance issues that would just make 5e messy if it were WotC endorsed. The 5e design team has pretty much said so too (which is sort of sad because there's clearly a market for this stuff and given how both properties are "drivers" for Hasbro, a more collaborative and quality roll out of Planeshift content would be kinda cool) so I don't ever see Wizards giving D&D Beyond a Greenlight to put out Planeshift material in the official DDB space.
All that said, Planeshift content reads like excellent way to get acclimated to the homebrew tools.
