So I've had dnd beyond for about a year now, and my subscription ends in a couple of days. My credit card number changed, Dnd Beyond won't let me change my number, And I was wondering if it will delete my homebrew/characters.
When your subscription ends, you won't lose anything in your collections. You will simply be unable to add new public homebrew to your Homebrew Collection, and you will be prompted to select six characters to keep unlocked. The remaining characters beyond those six will remain on your account, but be locked and unable to be used unless your subscription is renewed.

I renewed but I can't activate my characters
Then contact the support team. They don’t work weekends, and work tickets I order received, so it may take a few days. In the meantime you might try syncing your entitlements.

Any idea how long it takes the support team to respond? To just update one thing? Ya know?
They respond to tickets in the order they're received and the duration to respond depends on how busy they are I'm afraid.

Can you view the stats and stuff on the characters that are locked?
