(I have no idea if I’m posting this in the right place, and I’m sorry for my horrible grammar) So I’m a dm for a group of four and to make it easier I print out all their character sheets before the game (because we prefer to use paper character sheets then digital but still use dnd beyond) but lately as I’ve gone into the campaign and convert the characters into pdfs, they revert back to whatever they were when they were level 1 when I try to print them. Anyone know how to fix this?
There is often a server caching delay that affects export to pdf. You generally need to give it 20 minutes between editing character sheets and exporting to pdf.
Thank you for posting links. Unfortunately I should have specified the actual urls instead of the share links. Won’t make a difference in terms of what I can see, but will make a difference for the mods.
I can’t tell what specifically is wrong, but I did think of one possibility: Do you have the characters set for milestone or XP leveling (on the home page of the character builder). If you have it set to XP, are the character’s XP high enough for 2nd level? Not having sufficient XP and then leveling up can sometimes create some issues.
All the characters have already been set to milestone, and I did try to log in and out but nothing happened… however I tried loading the pdfs on safari rather then chrome and I seemed to fix the problem. Thanks for your help anyways!
I generally use a different browser when this happens to me. You might be able to clear your browser cache too... but someone above said it was cached on the server, so I'm not sure.

Thanks for your reply! Unfortunately three days later (since since they were edited) nothing has changed :(
That is odd. Please post links to the affected characters.

Sometimes logging out and back in fixes this issue with levels.

How can I level up character sheets?
When you level up online it will update your exported PDF...it does sometimes require waiting 20-30 mins.
