There are a couple ways, none great, but they work if you really want to display it on your sheet.
You could create a magic item that provides the −4 penalty, but you'd then need to make 3 other versions for the -3/2/1. It's kinda messy, but it works. I created a magic item to display bladesinging bonuses for a player.
Now that I think about it, you might even be able to make it into a feat, with a select menu for choosing 4/3/2/1. I'm not 100% on that though.
You can override your saving throws by clicking on them the same way you can override your ability scores and weapon attacks.
How many times can a character be raised from the dead per campaign?
Any ideas how I can improve my armour class or defensive spells I can cast? I'm level 1 Artificer/12th level mage.
I have really be struggling this campaign as the DM has it out for me. For example the last encounter consisted of one ancient black Dragon, 12 fanatic cultists and 10 summoned demons. I was allowed one action which I cast mage armour before I was attacked 15 times and killed. The DM also has given my character one tenth the treasure he has awarded the other players, even when I come up with clever used of magic like contingency to cast resilient sphere he has a monster with a dispel magic.

1. You can be resurrected as many times as you want, RAW. However, how you can be resurrected depends on how you died. For example, Revivify can only resurrect you within a minute of your death, and can't reattach bodyparts whereas True Resurrection can resurrect you even if your body was turned to dust by Disintegrate or similar spells. Old editions had a limit of resurrections, (AD&D 2e linked it to your CON score), but 5e does not.
Below questions are unrelated to this thread since it has nothing to do with feedback or questions about the website, but I'll answer them anyway. You might want to take them to other subforums in the future.
2. Mage Armor, but that can't be upcast. Other options are enchanted Light Armor, or you can go for the Armorer subclass for the artificer, giving you Heavy Armor prof. If you're a Bladesinger Wizard, Bladesinging also boosts your AC by your INT mod, but I'm guessing you're not a bladesinger.
3. Step one is always Talk To Your DM. Explain to them how the wayyour character is treated is not fun for you, that you feel like you're being singled out and treated unfairly. Talk to the rest of the party if they agree with the treatment. If the party isn't willing to help you have fun with this game and talk to the DM with ,you about it and if the DM keeps treating you like this, leave. No D&D is better than bad D&D. You're here to have fun, not to be the DM's punching bag. Find a different game and play in that one instead.
Leaving OGL 1.0(a) untouched and making SRD 5.1 CC-BY-4.0 is a great first step. The next is a promise to do the same for future editions. Here's a discussion thread on that.
How do you display temporary conditions on dnd beyond like raise dead?
The only way I can think of doing it, is by reducing abilities by 4. But how to affect saving throws?

Thanks, I just have a few more questions.

DDB is great, but it could be better. Here are some things I think could improve DDB
