CS is slow AF, not worth dealing with(IMHO) check on the DDB forums, just ask your bank to cancel the transaction and reorder as you see fit, the international roll out has been a joke, WotC needs to step it up big time on the roll outs both domestic and international they really have dropped the ball!
They haven't even addressed the loss of stacking bundle discounts that they marketed as a reason to buy bundles well after buying DDB, so disappointing!
Yeah my ticket is in, it's been a week, my guy above has been 3 weeks now, but you know, I could sell it on eBay. Shame re the digital part but oh well.

Hey - fellow Aussie here. Did you get any of the emails confirming the order? I also can’t see my order in my dndbeyond account. But money is pending in my bank account to go to WoTC. Just wondering if the same is happening to you after you placed the order?
I had an issue with DDB marketplace emails not being received since they did the revamp in May.
I sign on with two linked accounts, wizards and apple. the emails were being sent to the apple hidemyemail address but I was not receiving them (likely coming from a different domain and so blocked)
I have since had my account changes to use my wizards account email address, i now get marketplace purchase emails.
Wow, lucky. I am still waiting for my order to be cancelled (4 months since my initial contact). I have only been told that I need to wait for the final book to be released before I can get any of my pre-ordered books. I'm not sure the point of pre-ordering and then having to wait for the final book to be released. I am never ordering from the D&D store again. I was warned about international (Canada) orders being horrendous but didn't take the advice. Live and learn I suppose. I am just hoping to have my order cancelled before the final book is released and then I have to deal with returning three books on top of getting a refund... not very impressed with the (lack of) customer service provided.

You’re right. I finally got a response and they gave me the full refund. Will go and preorder from a Canadian store now.

if you ordered the item from the dndstore.wizards.com site, then it will show up under orders there, not dndbeyond.
once you redeem your code you should see it on dndbeyond under licences though
