I'd love to see the addition of items, monsters, spells, etc. that stem from sources other than just the PHB, MM, or DMG. There have been a number of these that were created specifically for certain supplements or adventures, and it would be great if those would be included, as well.
Just one example was the Whip of Warning. I searched for this item, but it's not under whips and there's no generic "weapon of warning". I believe this was part of Adventurer's League for Curse of Strahd. But, it's still an official WotC/D&D item, so it would be great to see it included here alongside any other stat blocks from official adventures.
My only limitation would be leaving out adventure-specific NPCs or monsters. Something you'd never encounter elsewhere should be excluded. (i.e. A monster that could only appear in Curse of Strahd, such as a named NPC/enemy, can be excluded. But, monster variants or new non-specific monsters should be included here.) Same with items, spells, etc.
Hopefully this request makes sense.
